SME BANK MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
Shifting from study to professional phase is truly a challenging but an exciting move. To help you with this transition, SME Bank wants you to get started on the right track. Our Management Trainee Program will provide you with the opportunity to launch your career in the field of your choice. We shall accord you with a 6-month on-the-job learning experience within our banking activities while developing your career advancement. We are looking for talented individuals and aim to further develop them to be the future leaders of the Bank.

What It Takes to Join Us:
- Fresh graduates (Degree holder with less than 1 year professional working experience are also encouraged to apply)
- CGPA of at least 3.0
- Excellent written and verbal communication ability with strong interpersonal skills
- Exhibit leadership and people oriented qualities, along with a good track record of co-curriculum involvement
