1. IT SUPPORT OFFICER (DESKTOP)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware. Software and ICT related problem
• Execute corrective maintenance and solve related hardware, software and ICT related problem
• Execute preventive maintenance according to PM Master Schedule
• Maintain and support service availability according to Service Level Objective
• Engage daily procedural work and prepare technical reports


Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Science
• Technical knowledge/skill in Win 98/XP, Win NT/2000 and any related problem solving
• Other knowledge, skills and abilities that may improve hardware and system performance
• Experience in hardware maintenance or desktop troubleshoots
• Basic knowledge and skill to improve desktop or system performance
• Good knowledge in desktop and ICT peripherals
• Good communication with end-user or client
