REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, human resource management or related discipline.
- Has been in senior management position with at least 10 – 15 years of working experience in human resource or related fields.
- A motivated team player, resourceful & self motivated with high integrity
- Proven knowledge of Labor Law of Malaysia is required.
- Good interpersonal skills & ability to negotiate & persuade others are required.
- Strong communication skills & have ability to interact with all level of organization.
- Strong leadership skills with a structured thought process.
- Candidate must be a Malaysian citizen.
