Wawasan Open University is Malaysia's first charity-backed private, not-for-profit university dedicated to adult learners. Currently, it offers undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes through the open distance learning mode. 1. Marketing Officer (Customer Relationship Management)
Responsibilities:
•To be primary contact point in University call center to answer queries and handle feedback.
•To be the coordinator between main campus and the regional offices in managing students and prospects.
•To assist in University events, road shows, education fair and all other promotional activities as required.
•To assist in direct marketing initiatives e.g. e-newsletter, sms, phone calls and etc.
•To assist in other marketing activities as and when required by the university.
Requirements:
•Degree in Business Management.
•Possess good understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Customer Experience (CE) approach.
•Experience in call center operation is an advantage.
•Reporting and presentation skills are desirable.
•Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
