1. Executive
(Razak Campus, Kuala Lumpur, Pintar Campus, Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:
•You will be required to work independently or/and with the team to provide administrative support to the respective departmental/faculty operations.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): MS Office.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience at executive level.


2. Administration Assistant
(Razak Campus, Kuala Lumpur and Pintar Campus, Leisure Commerce Square, PJ)

Responsibilities:
•To perform administrative duties.
• He/she should have administrative working experience preferably in the education industry and works well in a team in ensuring the team achieves the University’s goals.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Razak Campus,Kuala Lumpur and Pintar Campus,Leisure Commerce Square, Petaling Jaya.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
•Good knowledge of file management
•Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
•Contract position available.


3. Human Resource Assistant
(Razak Campus, Kuala Lumpur, Pintar Campus, Kelana Jaya)

Responsibilities:
•To assist in HR administration works e.g. recruitment, training and leaves
•Update and maintain HR records
•Handling the work permit/visa
•Handling teaching permit application
•To assist day-to-day general HR and any other duties assigned
Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
•Contract position available
