1. MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER (ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT) -CHANCELLERY-
Responsibilities:
-Recommend, develop and implement strategies and programmes to increase organisational efficiency and performance.
-Manage talent management, competencies modelling and job analysis processes.
-Develop and implement Competency-based Performance Management system, which will include individual and team objective goal setting, annual performance review, identification of training and development needs and career development planning.
-Promote and implement organisation development (OD) and change projects to increase organisational efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
-Possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years experience at managerial level.
-Sound experience in organisation development areas i.e. training & development, PMS, succession planning, talent management, culture programmes, job evaluation, competency modelling etc.
-Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English in both verbal and written communication.
-Matured, tactful and proactive.
-Strong leadership capabilities.
