2. Senior Executive, Customer Lifecycle - Group Marketing & Branding
Responsibilities:
-To plan and drive Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) and customer communication plans, to increase customer satisfaction, enhance product knowledge and grow existing base.
-To manage and oversee all CRM, customer appreciation/loyalty programs/campaigns to increase customers’ retention and improve average Customer Lifetime Value.
-To build and develop a strong and effective customer lifecycle management plan for Proton – with programs and communication activities

Responsibilities:
-To develop and grow and manage Proton’s brand and positioning to be a strong, and positive brand that is well accepted in all the markets it chooses to operate in.
-Ensure that all communications and positioning for Proton follows the same quality standard – from internal communications, dealer communications, web communications, publications, and A&P.
-To effectively plan a rollout of brand development programmes as well as set up guidelines and successfully implementing them.
Requirements:
-Degree in relevant field preferred.
-Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Web, Marcom field.
-Good creative writing and communication skills.
-Proven track records in brand development min 3-6 years direct experience.

Responsibilities:
-To develop the Proton’s segmentation plans strategies and programs in line with the company’s strategies and plans. -Collaborate closely with Proton Edar and ISSD in the development of these plans and activities.
-To effectively draw up a marketing plan and measurements as well as effective management and implementation
Setting up and establishing platform for the web development, segment strategies for both local and international markets
Requirements:
-Degree in similar discipline or equivalent experience.
-Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industries.
-Experience in related field
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and good in communication
7. Customer Relation Assistant
Responsibilities:
-Act as liaison officer on behalf of Proton Edar to serve customer with humble, caring and confident manner.
-The incumbent is expected to manage customer feedbacks in the most tactful & timely manner.
Requirements:
-Diploma or degree in any field
-Possess dynamic and exceptional interpersonal skills
-Excellent in spoken and written English & Bahasa
-Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.

8. Executive, Dealer Standards – Export
Responsibilities:
-Ensure compliance of all standards set out by PROTON
-Devise and implement assessment programs to measure and grade dealer operation
-Devise and implement assessment programs to monitor, measure and grade CI compliance.
-Provide assistance and advise to new or current dealer on the construction new showrooms.
-Provide assistance and advice to current distributors on the improvement of the current showrooms.
-Assist or advise standard operating procedures relating to dealer standards.
-To liaise with the training department for training programs on the adherence and implementation of standard operating procedures.
-To liaise, participate and contribute to relevant departments on the changes in the CI standards.
-Provide input from the export markets on implementation of new or changes in the CI standards.
-Conduct market surveys and studies competitor CI and standards.
-Reports to be submitted every month for management information on progress CI and standards.
-Assist superior in the implementation and compliance of the PROTON standards.
-Foster an environment of team work and cooperation.

-Experience in Automotive industry
-Knowledge in automotive standards and processes.

-Provide assistance and advise to new or current dealers on business operation best practices.
-Provide assistance and advice to current distributors on the improvement of the current business operations o meet benchmarks and profitability.
-Assist or advise standard operating procedures relating to dealer standards for best practice.
-To liaise with the training department for training programs related to business operation management programs with internal or external training providers.
-To liaise, participate and contribute with relevant departments on the implementation of business operations standards.
-Provide input form the export markets on implementation of best practices standards.
-Reports to be submitted every month for management information on progress of implementation of business development programs.
