1. HEAD OF MAINTENANCE SECTION

Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure efficient facilities management meets customers expectation
- To plan replacement of building fittings, plants and machineries in line with recommended life span
- To manage upgrading and resoration projects
- To manage customer complaints and request efficiently

Requirements:
- Strong degree in mechanical/electrical engineering
- Credits in both Malay and English languages at SPM level
- Min 10 years working experience in related field
- Experience in facilities management and maintenance of building is an added advantage
- Below 45 years old
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in diverse environment and possess high integrity
- Good report-writing, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English languages


2. ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure approved planned preventive maintenance of all facilities are efficiently executed
- To ensure performance standards set for facilities maintenance are achieved
- To monitor upgrading, restoration and renovation of buildings projects

Requirements:
- Strong degree in mechanical/electrical/civil engineering
- Candidates with quality surveying qualification will also be considered
- Credits in both malay and english languages at SPM level
- Min 5 years working experience in related field
- Below 40 years old
- Result-driven with passion for performance excellence
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in a diverse environment and possess high integrity
- Good report-writing, communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in both oral and written Malay and English
- Involvement in extra curricular activities is an added advantage
